Krasnodar, October 31, 2016: Magnit PJSC, one of Russia’s leading retailers (the “Company”, MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the summary results of the Board of Directors meeting.

Please be informed that on October 31, 2016 PJSC “Magnit” held a Board of Directors (BoD) meeting. The key decisions made at the meeting are as follows:

To hold the extraordinary General shareholders meeting (EGM) in the form of the presence of the shareholders was appointed for December 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM (Moscow time) to be held at the following address: 3-rd floor, conference hall, 15/5 Solnechnaya street, Krasnodar, Russia.
To inform the Company’s shareholders about holding the EGM: prior to November 7, 2016 inclusive.
The EGM Record Date: November 14, 2016.
Information materials presented to the shareholders entitled to participate in the EGM of PJSC “Magnit” to prepare for the EGM will be available from November 17, 2016.
Dividends: to recommend to the EGM the following amount of dividends on PJSC “Magnit” shares following the results of the nine months of the 2016 and the procedure of its payment:

Total amount of dividends — 11,926,078,092.60 rubles; Amount of dividends per share — 126.12 rubles.

The Dividend Record Date: December 23, 2016.
