Krasnodar, March 30, 2016: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the interest rate of coupon yield against the Exchange-traded bonds of the BO-001Р-03 series.

In accordance with Decision of the Chief Executive Officer of PJSC “Magnit” (Decision w/o No. of March 30, 2016), the interest rate of the 1^st coupon of the non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds of PJSC “Magnit” of the BO-001P-03 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody, placed under the Program of the exchange-traded bonds with the identification number of 4-60525-P-001P-02E as of 23.10.2015 (hereinafter — the Bonds) is 10,6 (Ten point six) % per annum.

The interest rate of the 2^nd, the 3^rd and the 4^th coupon period is equal to the interest rate of the 1^st coupon period.

Reporting period which the Bond yield is paid for:

The exchange-traded bonds have 4 coupon periods. Each of the periods lasts 182 days.

1^st coupon period: from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 182^nd day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;

2^nd coupon period: from the 182^nd day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 364^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;

3^rd coupon period: from the 364^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 546^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;

4^th coupon period: from the 546^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 728^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement.

Total amount of the accrued Bond yield:

1^st coupon — 528,500,000.00 (Five hundred and twenty eight million five hundred thousand) rubles;

2^nd coupon — 528,500,000.00 (Five hundred and twenty eight million five hundred thousand) rubles;

3^rd coupon — 528,500,000.00 (Five hundred and twenty eight million five hundred thousand) rubles;

4^th coupon — 528,500,000.00 (Five hundred and twenty eight million five hundred thousand) rubles.

The amount of the accrued yield per one Bond:	1^st coupon — 52 (Fifty two) rubles 85 (Eighty five) kopecks; 2^nd coupon — 52 (Fifty two) rubles 85 (Eighty five) kopecks; 3^rd coupon — 52 (Fifty two) rubles 85 (Eighty five) kopecks; 4^th coupon — 52 (Fifty two) rubles 85 (Eighty five) kopecks.
The total amount of interest to be paid against Bonds and the amount of interest to be paid per one Bond:	1^st coupon — 10,6 (Ten point six) percent per annum; 2^nd coupon — 10,6 (Ten point six) percent per annum; 3^rd coupon — 10,6 (Ten point six) percent per annum; 4^th coupon — 10,6 (Ten point six) percent per annum.
Method of payment:	Monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation by means of non-cash settlement
The date when the obligation to pay the Bond yield shall be fulfilled:	1^st coupon period: the 182^nd day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement; 2^nd coupon period: the 364^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement; 3^rd coupon period: the 546^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement; 4^th coupon period: the 728^th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement.
