In accordance with Decision of the Chief Executive Officer of PJSC “Magnit” (Decision w/o No. of June 20, 2019), the interest rate of the 1st coupon of the non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds of PJSC “Magnit” of the BO-003P-03 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody, placed under the Program of the exchange-traded bonds with the identification number of 4-60525-P-003Р02Е as of 30.01.2018 (hereinafter — the Bonds) is 7.85 (Seven point eighty five) % per annum.

The interest rate of the 2nd, 3rd coupon periods is equal to the interest rate of the 1st coupon period.
