Krasnodar, May 7, 2015: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the possibility of the advanced redemption of the bonds.

In accordance with the Decision (Decision w/o № of May 7, 2015) of the Sole executive body of the Issuer — the CEO — the possibility of the advanced redemption of the interest-bearing non-convertible certified bonds of the 02, 03 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody, state registration numbers 4-02-60525-P / 4-03-60525-P as of 27.12.2012, is provided at the Issuer’s discretion on the date of the 2nd coupon period termination in accordance with the procedure defined by the Decisions on the issuance and Prospectus of Bonds approved by the Board of Directors on October 29, 2012, minutes w/o № of October 29, 2012.
