Krasnodar, March 12, 2012: OJSC “Magnit” (the “Company”; MICEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the 3rd coupon yield payment against bonds.

We would like to inform you that on March 12, 2012 OJSC “Magnit” fulfilled its obligation of the 3rd coupon redemption against bonds of BO-01/BO-02/BO-03/BO-04 series in the amount of 41,140,000 rubles / 41,140,000 rubles / 61,710,000 rubles / 82,280,000 rubles correspondingly.

By the decision of CEO of OJSC “Magnit” (as of September 9, 2010) the interest rate of the 3rd coupon against exchange-traded bonds was defined as 8.25% per annum.
