Krasnodar, September 9, 2010: OJSC “Magnit” (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; RTS, MICEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the determination of the interest rates for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th coupons against Exchange-traded bonds of BO-01/BO-02/BO-03/BO-04 series.

On September 9, 2010 the sole executive body of the Issuer has defined the interest rates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th coupons against the Exchange-traded bonds of BO-01/BO-02/BO-03/BO-04 series (in accordance with the conditions of Decisions to issue the Exchange-traded bonds of BO-01/BO-02/BO-03/BO-04 series approved by the Issuer’s Board of directors as of December 23, 2009 (minutes w/o № of December 23, 2009).
