Krasnodar, April 2, 2013: OJSC “Magnit” (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; MICEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the execution of agreements with CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” and the inclusion of its bonds into the Quotation list “A” Level 1 at MICEX.

Please be informed that on April 1, 2013, the Issuer and CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” executed the Agreements on inclusion of the exchange-traded bonds of the BO-08/BO-09 series into the Quotation list of Close joint-stock company “MICEX Stock Exchange” № A1-050/13 of 01.04.2013 / № A1-051/13 of 01.04.2013. Non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds of OJSC “Magnit” to the bearer with obligatory centralized custody of the BO-08/BO-09 series in the amount of 5,000,000 bonds have been included into the quotation list “A” Level 1 of JSC “MICEX Stock Exchange”.
