Krasnodar, Russia (April 23, 2025): PJSC Magnit (MOEX: MGNT; Issuer; Company; Group), one of Russia’s leading retailers, announces the terms of the offers’ submission and the assignment of the underwriter for the exchange-traded bonds.

On April 23, 2025 the Deputy CFO of PJSC Magnit determined the term and the procedure of the submission of the offers from the potential acquirers to execute preliminary sale and purchase agreements for the exchange-traded bonds of the additional issue No.1 of the BO-005P-03 series placed under the Programme of the exchange-traded bonds of the 005P series with the registration number 4-60525-P-005Р-02Е as of 22.07.2024 (hereinafter – the Exchange-traded bonds of the additional issue No.1), as well as assigned the Underwriter (Solid Investment Financial Joint-stock Company (JSC IFC Solid)) for placement of the Exchange-traded bonds of the additional issue No.1.

The Offers to execute the preliminary agreements shall be submitted from April 23, 2025 at 3:00PAM Moscow time to April 23, 2025 at 4:00PM Moscow time. According to the preliminary agreements, potential acquirers and PJSC Magnit (through the Underwriter) shall execute the principal Exchange-traded bonds of the additional issue No.1 sale and purchase agreements on the commencing date of placement of the Exchange-traded bonds of the additional issue No.1.

The expiration time of the Offers submission, preliminary determined by the decision of the Issuer, may be changed by the Issuer.
